Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee high-level marketing blueprints for specialized foundry products to achieve market leadership and corporate growth.
- Identify emerging market trends and capitalize on new business opportunities by securing strategic partnerships with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Orchestrate the product marketing lifecycle, including positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies for new casting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to manage the RFQ process and ensure seamless new product development cycles.
- Enhance brand authority and loyalty by maintaining consistent messaging across all B2B communication channels and marketing collateral.
- Monitor global market dynamics, including ferro alloy trends and international quality standards such as IATF and APQP/PPAP.
- Mentor and lead the marketing department, setting performance benchmarks and driving continuous professional development within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the foundry, steel, casting, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, or Business Administration is mandatory.
- In-depth technical knowledge of foundry operations, including melting, casting processes, and material specifications for Grey Iron, SG Iron, and Aluminum.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale industrial accounts and coordinating complex export documentation.
- Proficiency in modern business tools, including CRM systems and SAP, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Superior negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
