We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to join our Retail Marketing division. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving market penetration for our high-quality TMT bars within the building materials sector. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem, ensuring consistent sales growth and brand loyalty through strategic field engagement and technical advisory.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct daily field consultations with Individual House Builders (IHB), masons, contractors, and engineers to drive TMT bar sales and meet monthly volume targets.
Identify and enroll influential industry professionals and house builders into the company’s CRM platform to build a robust lead pipeline.
Execute a minimum of eight unique site visits per day in accordance with the assigned Pre-journey Plan (PJP).
Maintain meticulous records of all market interactions and visit outcomes within the CRM system for performance tracking.
Organize and facilitate local community workshops and technical seminars for architects, engineers, and construction workers to enhance product awareness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational background with a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Prior experience or strong knowledge of the cement, steel, or building materials industry.
Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily market travel.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
