Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients to secure booth space and event sponsorships.
  • Execute on-ground business development strategies through direct client meetings and consistent follow-ups.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of B2B leads, focusing on key decision-makers within the industry.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations departments to ensure a seamless experience for exhibitors.
  • Provide comprehensive support during live trade events and exhibitions to maintain high service standards.
  • Document all sales activities, including outreach, meetings, and final closures, in detailed reports.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, maintaining professional standards at all levels of interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record with 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, space selling, or sponsorship acquisition.
  • Strong aptitude for negotiation, professional presentation, and interpersonal communication.
  • High degree of comfort with frequent field travel and face-to-face client interactions.
  • Self-motivated professional with a results-driven mindset and a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; specialization in Management (BMS, BBA, or MBA) is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience within exhibition companies, media houses, or B2B platforms is a significant advantage.
