In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing a high-performance culture by overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from initial talent acquisition and onboarding to performance evaluations and offboarding. You will ensure that our HR strategies align with our organizational objectives while maintaining a supportive and compliant workplace environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating seamless onboarding for new hires.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate performance management cycles and identify professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair packages.
Maintain rigorous compliance with current labor laws and oversee the accurate management of employee records and HR documentation.
Optimize daily HR operations through the effective use of HRIS/ATS platforms and oversee payroll coordination.
