Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Our Quotient, you will serve as the primary engine for our agency’s expansion. This role is designed for a proactive strategist who can identify high-value opportunities, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach to final closing. You will act as a vital link between our internal creative teams and prospective clients, ensuring every pitch is uniquely tailored to solve business challenges. Your success will be defined by your ability to maintain a robust sales pipeline and contribute to our year-on-year growth projections. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive lead generation strategies through cold outreach, networking, and industry events to build a high-quality prospect list.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive business proposals and pitch decks that clearly outline deliverables, timelines, and commercial value.
  • Lead contract negotiations and facilitate the smooth closing of sales by addressing client concerns and finalizing agreements efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal strategy and creative departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM records, tracking all client interactions and providing accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging threats and new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least one year of professional sales experience specifically within an agency environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and lead generation quotas.
  • Must own a personal laptop for daily work activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex sales pipelines and contract timelines.
