Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive lead generation strategies through cold outreach, networking, and industry events to build a high-quality prospect list.
- Develop and deliver persuasive business proposals and pitch decks that clearly outline deliverables, timelines, and commercial value.
- Lead contract negotiations and facilitate the smooth closing of sales by addressing client concerns and finalizing agreements efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal strategy and creative departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain rigorous CRM records, tracking all client interactions and providing accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging threats and new business opportunities.

- At least one year of professional sales experience specifically within an agency environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and lead generation quotas.
- Must own a personal laptop for daily work activities.
