Technical Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and processes
- Manage all banking operations, including LC operations and ensure strict adherence to import/export banking compliance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to banking operations
- In-depth understanding of financial products such as loans, investments, and other instruments
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems for accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collect, organize, and verify supporting documents for transactions and expenses
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with and assist auditors during audits and reviews.
Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA
Experience
8–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Exposure to manufacturing / industrial setups preferred
