Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute regional business strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize wallet share within the mid-corporate sector.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities for both fund-based and non-fund-based financial products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve aggressive KRAs and performance targets.
- Cultivate and maintain deep-rooted relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term client retention.
- Oversee portfolio quality and risk management to minimize NPAs and ensure total regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit and operations, to streamline service delivery and improve turnaround times.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust regional tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking with a focus on mid-market segments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performance teams.
- Strong expertise in financial product structuring, including fund-based and non-fund-based solutions.
- Excellent understanding of credit risk, banking regulations, and operational compliance.
- Superior negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
