We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to join our retail sales division as a Relationship Manager. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary link between our organization and a diverse network of distribution partners, including banking institutions, national distributors, and independent financial advisors. Your mission is to drive consistent and balanced growth in assets under management by effectively promoting our full suite of investment products and ensuring our partners are equipped to succeed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription targets across all assigned distribution channels.
Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with current channel partners, ensuring deep brand penetration and sustained sales momentum.
Onboard and mentor new distributors through proactive market research and networking to expand the organization’s reach.
Provide comprehensive support to partners, including product training, marketing materials, and technical insights into investment strategies and market outlooks.
Coordinate and lead distributor-focused events, investor education initiatives, and fund manager conference calls to strengthen partner engagement.
Gather and report critical market intelligence regarding competitor activities, investment trends, and industry talent to help refine internal strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must hold a valid NISM Series V - Mutual Funds Distributor Module certification.
Proven experience and an established network within the local asset management or financial services market.
In-depth understanding of investment concepts, including a strong grasp of both equity and fixed income markets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively influence and educate stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for analytical reporting and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving profitability and market share.
