As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of skilled technicians to ensure all electrical installations and maintenance tasks are executed with precision and care. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership to maintain high safety standards while meeting rigorous production deadlines.

Manage and mentor a team of electricians to ensure high-quality workmanship and professional development.

Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance with national electrical codes and internal safety protocols.

Oversee the installation, repair, and routine maintenance of industrial electrical systems and machinery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational background with a Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering.
Prior experience in a supervisory or lead technician role within an industrial setting.
Deep understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and hazard identification.
Strong communication skills to effectively delegate tasks and lead a diverse workforce.
Ability to commit to an 8-hour shift schedule in a manufacturing environment.
