Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up, initialize, and manage machinery according to specific production schedules and technical guidelines.
- Continuously oversee equipment performance to ensure maximum operational efficiency and product consistency.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and perform necessary machine adjustments to uphold manufacturing excellence.
- Execute preventative maintenance and resolve minor mechanical malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate material supplies for machinery and assist with inventory tracking to ensure uninterrupted production.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate industrial machinery safely and effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality control and precision.
- Ability to work within an 8-hour shift structure and maintain physical stamina for floor operations.
- Capable of performing basic troubleshooting and routine equipment cleaning.
